Rushed

Fatigued by silent rushes

I drown in monotone reverie

Kisses that melt upon feverish wishes

Touches that bruise the breaths we hold

I should have imposed rules

Restrictions of emotion too bold

We blurred more than lines, our bodies

Share fingerprinted memories, hidden allure

“I miss you” screams from my pores

My lips sealed with obstinate need, regretful greed

My heart cannot ignore the brisk wetness

Tears and lust intermingled

This is our fairy tale.
