Big Girls Don’t Cry

Forced to choose to be someone else. My identity changed in the debris of a wreck. Death was cheated by life in a bloody game of roulette. The spiritual savior left behind my soul. Philosophical cheater reincarnated.  Pain that can only be expressed by a sweet smile. Strength forged under the steel of a scalpel. The scar tissue is paper thin. Ink bleeds through and stains my heart, all in the guise of sin.
